When first thinking of a Mind Map, determine your purpose and then see if you want to draw it in software using iMindMap, on a whiteboard, on A3/A4 paper or even on the back of an envelope.

I just came across a poster when sorting through my large art folio/bag.

I wanted to share it with you as we often think that things have changed, that things are bad just now and it is hard to find 'me' again. Reading these words inspired me and allowed me to be more at peace with myself - as the world is rushing by.

The interesting thing to note as you read that these thoughts were written in 1978 - just over 30 years ago and they still ring so true.

Memory, public holiday

Did you get caught out today like me? My partner raced in and said that the venue for our big conference tomorrow burnt down last night. (cruel huh!) My brain instantly though of 10 different things (panic, solutions, options, next steps). Our brains are truly amazing as they immediately react to all types of information, process possibilities and then deviously plot sweet revenge!!
