Six Thinking Hats® and other great tools to foster creative collaboration


Objective:

Parallel Thinking as demonstrated using the Six Thinking Hats® and other great techniques is
an easy and powerful method that changes the way people think. It promotes the kind of
innovative thinking and creative problem-solving that is vital to success in today's changing
world. Coined by Dr Edward de Bono, parallel thinking is easy to understand and apply using
a variety of thinking tools, including de Bono’s Six Thinking Hats® and DATT™ system.

In this workshop style program participants will learn to:

 foster collaborative thinking and interaction by directing their thinking using in a focused way
 reduce the adversarial approach in all interactions
 experience a number of effective parallel thinking tools that ensure people don't get trapped by critical thinking
 develop a framework for thinking that provides a more open, creative climate for discussion
 run more effective and productive meetings
